Responsibilities

Reporting compliance status data to operational quality management

Collaborating with center management to develop continuous improvement plans

Representing the center during audits and addressing quality concerns

Coordinating and managing training activities, policies, and processes at the center level

Performing final QA review and release for shipments and associated documents

Maintaining and reviewing plasma center personnel training documents

Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of training

Conducting periodic process assessments to ensure compliance with written procedures

Identifying and communicating non-conformities to SOPs

Leading internal audits to monitor facility compliance with regulations

Initiating, investigating, and closing Trackwise reports in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean work environment and complying with safety procedures

Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulations

Assisting plasma center staff in completing special projects or assignments

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent of one-year experience in a regulated environment

Strong customer service skills

Strong critical reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyze situations

Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives
