Responsibilities

Coordinates and schedules on-time delivery of complex parts and commodities following established procedures

Performs audits and other forms of analysis to determine accuracy of information related to delivery schedules, inventory levels, and requirements

Reconciles discrepancies in information to minimize disruptions in the supply chain

Maintains and updates information systems for materials management

Coordinates the flow of materials management information between internal and external recipients

Interprets information to identify problems and supply chain trends

Coordinates with organizations to resolve supply chain problems

Releases orders to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate product manufacture

Works under general direction

Required

3+ years’ experience with inventory management or supply chain processes and techniques

1+ years’ experience operating a forklift

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements
