Owning and managing product development from start to finish.

Gathering requirements from internal and external sources.

Conducting competitive analysis and conceptualizing new features.

Prioritizing features, communicating product specifications, and managing day-to-day delivery.

Required

Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously

Experience in complete software development lifecycle duties, including requirements gathering, design, estimation, prototyping, implementation, and quality assurance

Experience with Agile development and methodologies

Have shipped digital products before

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and ProductBoard

Expertise with Heap, Segment, or similar Product Analytics tools

Software engineering background or experience working closely with software engineering teams

Collaborative to a fault, with a team-first attitude.

Passion for technology and building a best-in-class digital experience

Firm grasp of technology architecture and the ability to understand complex product functionality, design, and technical issues in order to estimate feature development efforts and drive the right priorities, trade-offs, and resolutions

Ability to empathize with the customer and prioritize high-impact features on their behalf

Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner

Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator

Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment

Preferred

Experience in compliance, information security, privacy, or other technical industries
