Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales department and design team in space planning, design development, construction documents, administration, and presentation.
Manage multiple residential remodel projects including kitchen and bath design, room additions, and whole house remodels.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring strong follow-through on details and visiting job sites.
Help clients select finishes such as tile, countertop material, cabinets, exterior finishes, doors, windows, lighting, and plumbing.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential design
Experience in leading a project and working directly with clients
Working knowledge of kitchen and bath design
Strong understanding of construction details and documents
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Microsoft Office
Ability to hit the ground running
Preferred
