Responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team. This includes guiding the team in choosing the right technologies and architecture, designing and developing software components, and ensuring that the team adheres to coding standards and best practices.

Responsible for ensuring that the software developed by the team meets high-quality standards. This includes testing and debugging code, as well as ensuring that the team follows proper documentation and version control processes.

Responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. They must be able to identify opportunities for innovation and implement them through the development process.

Must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. They must be able to articulate technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
