Responsibilities

Support Ticket System Development by providing upgrades, troubleshooting, and creating workflows using the Ivanti suite.
Update the Self-Service Portal by updating modules, creating workflows, and updating permissions.
Perform other responsibilities beyond the defined scope as needed.

Required

Be a U. S. Citizen due to the Scope of work and customer being supported
Undergo and pass a background investigation
The Senior Developer shall have at least three years of demonstrated experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)
The Senior Developer shall have at least two years of experience with the Ivanti suite of products
The Senior Developer shall have at least two years of experience with Ivanti Workflows
The Senior Developer shall have at least five years of experience with developing applications
The Senior Developer shall have at least five years of experience in designing and creating software applications
The Senior Developer shall have at least five years of experience with automating workflows and IT tasks
The Senior Developer shall have at least five years of experience working with ticketing systems by Ivanti or similar ticketing systems
The Senior Developer shall have at least five years of demonstrated experience customizing features related to IT workflows and ISM modules.
