Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune / Autopilot.

Maintain and manage security and product updates of software across all end user devices.

Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and compliance policies.

Enroll and manage mobile devices, laptops, and desktops to meet security and compliance standards.

Implement security best practices like patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune deployments.

Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful IT project implementation.

Build and support Microsoft Intune / Autopilot, Citrix cloud infrastructure.

Migrate users and applications from SCCM/Co-Managed to Intune / Autopilot.

Required

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune / Autopilot.

Able to maintain and manage the security and product updates of software across all end user devices in conjunction with our 3rd party partners.

Any relevant Microsoft certifications as well as any hands-on network or hardware support is also highly advantageous.

Experience of automation using PowerShell scripts.

Experience of packaging applications for Intune and managing store apps

Intune Deployment: Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and compliance policies.

Device Management: Enroll and manage mobile devices, laptops, and desktops, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.

Security: Implement security best practices, including patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune deployments.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and configurations.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.

Building and supporting Microsoft Intune / Autopilot, Citrix cloud infrastructure.

Migration of users and applications from SCCM/Co-Managed to Intune / Autopilot.
