Responsibilities

Extract and compile information from large data sets to identify and analyze outliers.

Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis to report patterns, insights, and trends.

Collaborate with internal, external, and enterprise clients to research, develop, and document new standard reports or processes.

Implement analytics software and systems to support department goals.

Track trends related to various feeds, focusing on membership, revenue, and commissions.

Identify deficiencies in processes and design improvements.

Required

Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-3 years related experience

Proficiency in MS SQL queries and database development

Proficient in MS Office Suite products, key skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivots)

Intermediate proficiency with complex SQL queries, and stored procedures

Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong time management skills to manage simultaneous projects and tasks to meet internal deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

2 – 4 years related experience
