Responsibilities
Partner with the business, build and analyze, and determine the value proposition
Document detailed business requirements and technical specifications
Coordinate and gather requirements from multiple stakeholders
Drive tasks to closure and work with development teams on requirements breakdown
Analyze and make recommendations on improving business processes
Document existing workflow processes and participate in business reviews
Work independently with little direction and influence business partner decisions
Analyze complex business requirements and work on multiple projects
Participate in design sessions and work with Agile development teams
Be a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills

Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle including Agile development
Experience in prioritizing and tracking tasks, status updates, etc. (Partner with PM Team)
Analyze complex business requirements and existing business processes in fast-paced environment
Work closely with external and internal clients to gather requirements, prepare requirement documents and specifications
Work with development team to break down requirements to user stories/technical specifications
Experience working on multiple projects, partnering with multiple cross-functional teams
Strong analysis, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with SQL queries and understanding of data structures is highly desired
Participate in design, brainstorm whiteboarding session
Comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable working in the gray
Creative thinker
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis and documentation
Be a self-starter
Driven and go-getter attitude
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Preferred
Experience working with SCRUM / Agile development teams is a plus
Domain experience in claims, cancellation, payment is a plus
