Responsibilities

Staying current on industry trends and client needs to inform growth strategies

Supporting the development and implementation of strategy and growth initiatives

Participating in thought leadership activities to build the BV brand as industry leaders in the implementation of tailored treatment solutions

Playing a vital role in business development activities, including pursuit strategy, prepositioning activities, proposal development, and project interviews

Serving as technical advisor to design teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle of planning, design, construction, startup and commissioning, and operations

Driving joint accountability for project execution and safety performance

Mentoring and supervising team members to build best-in-class capabilities

Building technical bench strength through staff development and recruiting

Recruiting and developing capabilities to meet business and client needs

Serving as technology leader, recognized as a company and industry expert in residuals and biosolids.

Developing innovative solutions critical to company success.

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program

Minimum of 15 years related work experience

Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements

Professional registration or license in home country or country of residence

Experience in a lead role related to biosolids projects and pursuits

Preferred

MS or PhD in Environmental Engineering or related disciplines relevant to wastewater treatment

5 or more years acting in a lead role related to biosolids projects and pursuits

Experience with client development
