Responsibilities
Works with Product Owner / Business Analysts /Scrum Masters / RTE / Development teams on release plan execution.
Mentoring the teams and playing Agile Coach role.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies, facilitating daily scrums, work effort retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders.

Required
15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in playing scrum master role.
Experience in working with 5+ teams and also work in global delivery model coordinating with associates in various time zones.
Works with Product Owner / Business Analysts /Scrum Masters / RTE / Development teams on release plan execution.
Should have experience in mentoring the teams and experience in playing Agile Coach role.
Should coordinate Agile ceremonies, facilitating daily scrums, work effort retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions.
Need good communication and analytic skills.
Should be able to work/lead a small size team.
Should know change management procedure.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners and all levels of IT leadership.
