Responsibilities

Work with AWS, Azure, and other cloud providers to enable developers to use public cloud services securely and reliably.

Implement DevOps principles in collaboration with public cloud providers and promote their adoption across the organization.

Optimize the use of public cloud technologies for efficiency in cost and time.

Develop systems for public cloud management using Python and/or Golang.

Provide guidance and assistance to internal engineering teams in leveraging public cloud services.

Introduce and manage new features in existing systems.

Effectively manage time, commitments, and communication.

Incorporate feedback actively and participate in the recruiting process.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

5+ years experience operating public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

3+ years experience with Linux systems and networking

Programming experience, preferably in Python or Golang

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform

Preferred

MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related engineering field

Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes and Helm

Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and building automation, preferably Terraform
