Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of business performance to identify problems, opportunities, and trends.
Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Work across the globe with key countries to analyze in-country performance in Asia, Europe, Australia, and Canada.
Lead packaging initiatives, cost-saving projects, and other strategic projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Oversee budget management and tracking for the marketing division.
Ensure accurate and efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Implement elements of the marketing plan, including price promotions, in-store creative, and digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Support the brand teams with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to special initiatives.
Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the marketing team and overall business objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of previous experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Demonstrated ability to build effective team relationships and work collaboratively.
Preferred
Familiarity with marketing systems and tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) is a plus.
CPG/Alcohol/Spirits and/or Food industry experience preferred but not required.
