Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support for executives including managing calendars, coordinating meetings/conference calls, making detailed travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.

Oversee the travel program, coordinate travel for the department if needed, and maintain travel rewards programs for executives.

Develop presentations for meetings using PowerPoint, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as directed.

Manage project planning efforts for events and activities, lead event planning efforts as directed.

Type correspondence and emails from dictation or hand-written notes, proofread for correct grammar and spelling.

Maintain and update org charts, perform other duties as assigned.

Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

Required

Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite

Diligence and attention to detail

Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

Strong organization and communication skills

Ability to deal with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
