Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and profitability.
Utilize SEO optimization techniques to improve website visibility and traffic.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor competition.
Lead the generation of online and offline marketing content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's identity and message, and leads to increased customer engagement.
Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to report on ROI and adjust strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials.
Develop and execute SEM campaigns, monitor their success, and optimize as necessary to increase ROI.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the finance industry.
Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of marketing research techniques and databases.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Skills and experience in creative content writing.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with web design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
