Responsibilities
Ensure functional capabilities for all equipment and facilities.
Work with manufacturing personnel to ensure high process quality assurance.
Qualify and maintain process and facilities equipment.
Troubleshoot and take corrective action for processing deviations.
Collaborate with Quality Systems staff to troubleshoot and prevent non-conforming products.
Ensure ongoing control and compliance of manufacturing activities.
Coordinate, perform, and schedule maintenance activities as needed.

Required
Bachelors degree plus minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience in an Engineering capacity
Proficient with computers and related software (Microsoft Office Professional)
Versed in the proper use of statistical techniques and sampling plans
Knowledge and understanding of cGMP's is required
Preferred
Prefer relevant industry experience with a portion of that experience in manufacturing of sterile injectable drugs via aseptic processing
Experience in pharmaceutical production, engineering, quality assurance, and technical report writing
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well organized and able to lead/work in teams as well as independently
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements
Computerized calibration monitoring, tracking and control systems
Computerized maintenance monitoring, tracking and control system
