Responsibilities

Define and execute the Personalization Program vision and product strategy at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Collaborate across business functions to identify personalization objectives and devise goals for the organization.
Develop a detailed roadmap for personalization initiatives shared across business and technology teams.
Analyze omni-journeys and metrics to test new ideas and prove athlete and brand value.
Prioritize features and track the overall return on investment of the Personalization program.
Lead strategy efforts for large bodies of work, enabling the delivery of product experiences rooted in lean product management and human-centered design principles.
Organize and communicate a cohesive strategy with business and technology peers, providing updates on roadmap progress and value delivery.
Manage cross-functional alignment with technology and business leadership, ensuring key members are informed, aligned, and can drive decisions on priorities and investments.
Enable cross-functional teams to deliver against integrated roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy or program.
Expand understanding and application of human-centered design, stakeholder involvement in customer-centric activities, and influence design thinking across multiple products.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment, manage ceremonies, and build/update tools to drive successful teams.
Lead discovery, identify customer pain points, set product vision, and track KPIs/metrics for strategic large bodies of work.
Set metrics and product outcomes, gather feedback, and measure adoption and business impact of launches to prove ROI.
Identify and mitigate dependencies across teams, communicate risks, guide release planning, and provide oversight for UI designs.
Act as the senior technical expert within the portfolio(s), providing oversight in the creation of discovery objectives and goals.
Drive alignment across organizational peers and complex stakeholder groups, resolving conflicts through negotiation methods.

Experience with driving enterprise programs or highly complex bodies of work across multiple product teams or portfolios.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership stakeholders without formal authority.
Effective management, facilitation and collaboration skills to drive alignment across organizational peers and complex stakeholder groups.
Ability to cross-functionally organize, motivate and mobilize teams towards working on a common goal.
Superior knowledge and application of problem-solving frameworks/methodologies.
Expert written and verbal comm skills that result in effective relationship building.
Ability to advocate for research and design thinking practices at all levels.
Can quickly and effectively resolve conflict through superior negotiation methods.
