Responsibilities

Contribute to content strategies that support and amplify short- and long-term marketing goals.
Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.
Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.
Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives including newsletters, trainings, and internal events.
Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer-facing events including seminars, webinars, tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, digital marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Skilled in web management, and experience in event planning and logistics
Excellent skills in communication, research, copywriting, and project management
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution
Experience in implementing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns to meet deadlines
Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously
A self-organized, independent yet collaborative team-player
Business fluency in written and spoken English
Find creative solutions and feel comfortable in an environment where teamwork is highly valued
Knowledge and practical experience with marketing and sales principles and practices
Passion for continuous improvement through word and action
Attention to detail and ability to absorb new information quickly
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organization skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing and dynamic interdisciplinary team
Willingness to try new things and challenge status quo
