Responsibilities

Design, Implement, and improve engineering and program Lifecycle management policies, procedures, and standards to be used for Test and Flight Operations systems.

Lead Process Modeling, Process Measurement, Problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis, Non-Manufacturing Process Design, Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management.

Identify and implement system and process improvements as required to increase efficiency and quality.

Develop efficient, effective, and predictable systems through the stabilization of processes.

Areas of expertise and focus are Process Analysis, Process Improvement, Execution Planning, and Operations Planning.

Required

7+ years’ experience development process definition

7+ years of experience working in a highly regulated environment (automotive, medical device, aerospace, etc.)

BS in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent technical experience

Proficient with product lifecycle management (PLM)

Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with staff at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers

Excellent technical writing and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with export control (EAR/ITAR) regulations

Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
