Responsibilities
Handling and resolving voicemail system break/fix.
Troubleshooting and resolving L1, L2 & L3 tickets as per defined SLA.
Analysing customer requirements & conveying resolution to beneficiary or provider via direct communication and professional correspondence.
Understand and streamline with different teams to resolve end user's incidents.
Documentation, presentation and cross skilling within team.
Measuring system usage, count of generic CI report and audit reports.
Coordinating with the vendors and service providers and facilitate resolution for product or service issues.
Ability to forecast or act in a timely fashion in case of disaster and take effective recovery steps.
Adhere to the P1 process and work in coordination for faster resolution.
Serves as an advanced resource to users through education, collaboration, and providing assistance with investigating and correcting problems.
Availability for On Call support during out of office hours.
Good knowledge of implementing contact center environment and make changes on the existing one when needed.
Helping in upgrades as and when required.
Installation, Move, Add, Change and Decommission of various voice, video devices.

Required
Experienced and knowledgeable in telephony systems like Avaya and Cisco
Handling and resolving voicemail system break/fix
