Responsibilities

Conduct user experience research to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points.

Define and execute a user experience strategy aligned with business and product goals.

Understand industry trends to drive product design and innovation.

Collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders to understand their requirements, priorities, and constraints.

Serve as a bridge between the UX team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Develop and communicate a clear product vision tailored to analysts.

Create and manage a product roadmap reflecting the user experience strategy.

Lead user research efforts, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Develop mockups, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces providing an intuitive and efficient experience for analysts.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Gather and review UX-focused metrics and provide recommendations based on those metrics.
