Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications for different roles.
Create engaging and detailed job descriptions and postings for various levels of positions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals.
Stay current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques in digital marketing.
Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and attract talent.
Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Develop content (blogs, videos, posts) that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and job opportunities.
Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns using metrics and data, and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all recruitment efforts.

Required
2+ years of experience in recruiting either at 3rd party agency or as in house recruiter
Strong understanding of digital marketing industry trends
Proven ability to source and attract top talent using various recruitment methods
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Analytics, social media advertising)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
