Responsibilities
Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data analysts to enhance existing models and develop new ones
Write production code, monitor models, and provide risk & forecasting expertise
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and operations teams, as well as with executives and external partners
Serve as the go-to expert in risk & forecasting, fraud detection, and model governance
Inspire confidence in stakeholders and regulators regarding machine learning initiatives

Required
7+ years of relevant industry experience, including writing production code and deploying machine learning models
2+ years of experience as a people manager or mentor
Expertise in Python, SQL, Docker, etc.
Understanding of fundamental data science concepts and experience with common tooling and packages used for machine learning
Strong fundamental knowledge of core programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, unit testing, etc.
Experience in building ML-driven decisioning systems (e.g. credit risk, fraud, or insurance) and working with engineering teams to deploy them
Preferred
Experience in one of the following domains is a huge plus: real estate, fintech
