Responsibilities

Perform Engineering Design and Construction Engineering Support including grading and drainage plans, utility system designs, and preparation of specifications and cost estimates.
Project Management responsibilities such as scheduling, coordination of resources, and client communication.
Technical Data Review and Report Preparation involving quality control, data interpretation, and finalizing reports for review.
Proposal Preparation and Business Development support including assisting with proposals, cost estimates, and marketing activities.
Staff Mentoring and Training to develop junior staff and contribute to firm leadership.

Required

B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
Professional Civil Engineering license in the State of California
AutoCAD and Civil 3D mastery required
7 + years of experience in civil engineering including site development, utility systems, and public works
Knowledge of Federal, State, County and City Standards in the Bay Area
Proficient in performing senior level interpretation work including remedial cost estimates, future remedial measures selection, and costing
Experience performing conceptual and detailed remedial design work
Demonstrated project management skills
Advanced data evaluation and analytical skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Experience interacting with clients and regulatory agencies
Ability and willingness to support the technical growth of project/staff level professionals based on direct hands-on interactions
