Responsibilities

Create outstanding, user-centered designs incorporating business requirements, product findings, and customer feedback

Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes

Leverage eBay's existing design system into your solutions while also being able to contribute new additions to it

Participate in user research, testing, and product discovery

Work with product managers to influence product strategy and create beautiful, scalable framework design solutions that delight sellers

Facilitation - Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops and design sprints with cross-functional partners and teams to gain alignment on new initiatives and product strategy

Required

8+ years of professional experience in Product Design and BS Degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communications or equivalent

Ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience

Experience partnering with developers seeing your work through production and iterating on it post launch based on qualitative and quantitative metrics

Specialist in designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop while keeping accessibility requirements in mind

Expert level skills in design and prototyping tools (ie: Figma)

A portfolio that showcases relevant design projects and includes your process, design explorations and final work
