Responsibilities
Provides general administrative support including document preparation, file management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and ordering office supplies.
Performs activities in support of functional processes, programs, and services.
Administers various programs, projects, and assignments aligned with functional processes and services.
Involves design and development of program components, coordination of work effort across vendors or internal staff, development and monitoring of program/project metrics, and process improvement.
May conduct training, prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports.
Identifies and reports departmental operational issues and resource needs to management personnel.
Presents information on administrative department procedures, services, regulations to orient other personnel and disseminate information.

Required
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of experience
Preferred
