Responsibilities

Provide art direction for the design team, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, UX researchers) to define design goals and strategies.

Mentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.

Collaborate with other design disciplines to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.

Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design decisions.

Define micro-interactions, transitions, and animations to enhance the user experience.

Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Approach design challenges with a curious mindset and explore innovative solutions.

Solve complex design problems while considering user needs and technical constraints.

Project ManagementProblem-SolvingTime Management

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Intermediate-level, real-world experience in design (5-8 years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently
