Responsibilities
Install and test Salesforce patch upgrades and configuration changes.
Manage data integrity, cleanliness, security, and quality standards within Salesforce.
Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations within Salesforce.
Monitor application and infrastructure health and performance.
Collaborate with developers and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support staff with system solutions that work with or as part of Salesforce.
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions for the Salesforce platform.
Set up accounts and user permissions for assigned Salesforce users.
Review release notes for vendor upgrades, maintain lower environments, and manage systems associated with Salesforce.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet requirements, design workflow automation, and enhance business processes.
Create reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for data-based decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Deploy releases to production and lower environments, maintain code repository, and merge new code.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Required
2+ years with Salesforce experience, with an understanding of Salesforce's capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Professional Certification(s): Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator)
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Classic, and several Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Communicate technical information to non-technical partners.
Experience with data management, including data import/export, data cleansing, and data quality best practices.
Experience with relational databases and data structures.
