Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of the brand and communication strategy

Develop and create graphic design elements for various digital and print material

Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote consistent brand use

Collaborate with marketing and content teams for cohesive visual style across all channels

Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Act as a thought leader in design within the company

Collaborate with stakeholders within marketing, regulatory, legal, compliance, and brand and communication teams

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor´s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

+3 years of experience in various industries or agencies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software

Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Teams

Experience working within international cross-functional teams and corporate environment is a plus

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
