Responsibilities
Key financial business partner to the San Jose Instruments Leadership team, Procurement, Facilities, Engineering, and Plant Controllers globally.
Manage/support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and ASR for the BDB business unit including various financial analyses.
Develop financial models to drive management decisions and cost improvement.
Drive operational improvements, maintain processes and controls, and partner with manufacturing sites for financial performance reporting.
Assist in internal and external audit activities and handle ad hoc projects.

Required
Key financial business partner to the San Jose Instruments Leadership team, Procurement, Facilities, Engineering
Manage/support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and ASR for the BDB business unit
Develop new analyses / financial models to drive management decisions and cost improvement
Drive operational improvements, maintain and improve processes and controls
Ensure timely and accurate financial performance reporting / perform month end close activity
Validating production volumes and analyzing leverage
Ensuring that productivity factors are in-line with expectations
Working with Operations and Strategic Sourcing to minimize material inflation
Conducting reviews to ensure staffing and overhead structures are appropriate
Assist / support internal and external audit
