Responsibilities
The PM is expected to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government.
The PM shall possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills and demonstrate the ability to manage in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice taskings under high pressure situations.
The PM shall be available within one hour during normal work hours to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative. After normal business hours, the PM shall be available within two hours, after notification, to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative.

Required
Industry recognized certification in Program and/or Project Management or Facility Management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Structural), or another related field.
Ten (10) years’ experience managing multiple aspects of building operations; two (2) years of which shall have been with a contract of similar size and scope.
Current Top Secret security clearance.
