Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive measurement frameworks for national and commerce media plans.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing media strategy, audience engagement, and revenue generation.
Assist in development and maintenance of regular reporting and dashboards.
Perform ad hoc analysis as required to address specific business questions or challenges.
Work closely with stakeholders (Business division client, brand investment leads, etc.) to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable reporting requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media planning, activation, investment, finance, and data engineering teams, to align reporting efforts with overall business goals.
Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating strategic discussions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers to enhance the depth and breadth of insights.

Required

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Data Science).
6-7 years of proven experience in media analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.), analytics platforms, and database management.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with media industry trends, digital platforms, and audience behavior.
