Responsibilities

Curriculum design and writing - Design curriculum and write learning materials for French learners in English-speaking countries at different levels of English proficiency.

Manage or facilitate content projects - Participate in content projects from planning to launch.

Content maintenance and iteration - Polish content based on QA, user testing, feedback, and peer review.

Translation and localization - Perform English-French translation and localization for in-app learning and marketing content.

Content development and prototyping - Develop innovative learning content powered by advanced AI and ML technology.

Content strategies and decision-making - Participate in content team meetings, discussions, and decision-making.

Communication and collaboration with international team members - Collaborate with team members face-to-face, remotely, or through business travel.

Required

Experience and expertise in French teaching curriculum design and pedagogy

Strong curriculum planning skills

Strong creative production skills in creative writing, eagle-eyed script editing, and conceiving video graphics

Native French and near-native English writing and speaking skills

Deep understanding of the status quo of French learning in the US and empathy for French learners from English-speaking background

Strong product sense when designing and writing content with great attention to detail

Strong willingness and collaboration skills for content planning, operations, and strategy

Passion for technology-assisted language learning and willingness to learn and use advanced technologies for all aspects of work (Notion, internal tools, etc.)

A fast learner, team player, skilled communicator, and creative problem-solver

US timezone required
