Responsibilities

Responsible for providing analytical and strategic support to Marketing business units

Focus on generating comprehensive data metrics and delivering key insights to stakeholders to optimize campaign and tactic performance

Partner with Marketing Automations, Web Development, and Paid Media to align on core business needs and implement marketing workflows

Manage and transform large datasets to produce actionable insights

Apply relational data modeling concepts to identify key data points from various sources for reporting and analysis

Required

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business, Marketing, Computer Information Systems or Statistics is preferred

4-6 years’ experience within a Marketing Analytics, Automations or Specialist role (B2B experience preferred)

4-6 years’ experience with enterprise Marketing/CRM systems: Marketo Engage (or equivalent), GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio and Salesforce

Advanced BI reporting tool skillset, specifically with Tableau (preferred), Power BI or similar

Demonstrated experience using SQL or other query languages with large relational databases

Familiar with marketing multi-touch attribution modeling

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
