Responsibilities

Develop and execute fashion inventory deployment strategies for 700 - 1,000 skus annually

Collaborate with Merchants to build and present Merchandise Allocation Plans (MAP)

Analyze in-season volume and inventory turn disparity performance to provide recommendations for improved sales and productivity

Own the volume grade process, determining criteria and optimizing planning/execution of grades

Provide in-depth grade-based cluster analysis and assortment recommendations post-season

Work with New Store Team to determine seasonal assortment set for new stores

Control merchandise flow to stores through hold/flow strategies and timelines

Monitor and adjust fashion inventory in distribution centers

Contribute to cross-functional projects with significant company impact

Attend Business Rhythm meetings and provide value-added contributions

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university or Associates Degree with additional experience / training preferred.

Two (2) or more years of retail store experience and/or merchandise allocation experience desirable.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred) and merchandise specific computer programs.

Ability to prioritize and organize workload, possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of meeting stringent deadlines, and possess effective communication skills.
