Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems for end-users.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure business continuity and high-end user experience.
Participate in code reviews, write unit & integration tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Provide on-call support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design API interfaces and domain models.
Build secure, robust, scalable systems for transaction processing and customer data management.
Estimate project timelines and ensure projects stay on track.

Required
At a minimum, a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent education , or equivalent work experience.
Typical qualifications for the role are 2 + years of relevant professional experience or equivalent advanced education.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Solid computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with major c loud providers like AWS/Azure/GCP.
Familiarity with financial concepts or fintech software .
Experience designing and implementing APIs for third-party developers.
Experience integrating third-party vendor solutions into backend systems.
Experience with Python (Flask & Django) and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in modern development frameworks and languages. (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Experience with DevOps practices like continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Experience in working on projects from design to post-launch operations, while setting and maintaining high standards of technical excellence across your team.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, and a history of collaborating effectively with your team and cross-functional stakeholders.
