Responsibilities
Develop hypotheses-driven analyses and recommendations from pharmacy data.
Synthesize and analyze diverse data sets to drive actionable insights.
Prepare high-quality reports and slide decks independently.
Support in constructing financial models for data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to tackle complex business challenges.
Create clear modeling and reporting for client growth initiatives.
Consolidate and interpret data for various stakeholders.
Provide analytic support for understanding key segments.
Extract data from multiple sources using SQL and other tools.
Generate valuable insights for business enhancement.
Analyze pharmacy department data within health systems.
Develop understanding of 340B drug program, insurance navigation, and client operations.
Support departmental and organizational initiatives.
Make recommendations for problem-solving and process improvements.

Required
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
5+ years of comparable healthcare experience is required.
2+ years of hands-on experience with data analytics is required.
2+ years of potential specialization experience in one of the following specialty areas may be required: hospital pharmacy, general pharmacy billing, revenue cycle, or 340B.
Preferred
Desired experience includes working with pharmacy claims data or prior experience in revenue cycle preferred
Preferred skills include proficiency in writing code using SQL or similar statistical tools.
Intermediate proficiency in utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau is preferred.
Understanding of payor landscape and requirements (including Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, and Commercial payors) and/or familiarity with major pharmacy billing systems and reporting is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Positive attitude, with a commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and innovative problem-solving approaches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with specific business processes in health systems (such as 340B, pharmacy, and clinic operations) is advantageous.
