Responsibilities

Be a source of expertise in leading data-driven analyses and analytics projects aimed at driving our clients’ media and business outcomes

Work with media performance data via various platforms and tools to deliver insights optimizing media and clients’ investments

Stay updated on analytics tools, trends, and technologies

Deliver insights, recommendations, and assist in strategy development

Assist in client engagement, business development, and presentations

Educate sales and leadership on Analytics services

Lead client calls, discussions, and trainings

Prioritize clients, delegate work, and develop standardized processes

Grow and lead analysts team, advance their skills and careers

Validate deliverables' business value with stakeholders

Required

6+ years of digital marketing, web, or customer analytics experience across channels

2+ years of team management experience

Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.)

Experience across various verticals including e-commerce and lead generation

Strong analytical and data analysis skills, proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Experience working with media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta), analytics systems (e.g., GA, Adobe), and advanced measurement tools/methodologies (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing)

Experience with making paid media investment recommendations based on strong data-driven insights

Experience in a client-facing role

Effective time management and project management skills

Up to 10-15% travel to Tinuiti offices, client meetings, etc.

Preferred

SQL experience a plus
