Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of JavaScript and general development practices

ServiceNow Implementation and Integration developer

Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and U.I. Actions, U.I. Macro, U.I. Pages, Sites

Development of ServiceNow additional features and enhancement to Core Modules

Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems

Creation of design documents, test cases & Unit testing

Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement

Create, Develop, and maintain custom build apps of different applications and modules within ServiceNow

Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation

Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform

Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards

Required

5+ years of experience as a Sr. ServiceNow developer

Strong understanding of ITIL processes

Proficient in JavaScript HTML and ServiceNow development best practices

Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Event Management, ServiceNow SPM and ServiceNow Security Operations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus
