Responsibilities

Implements the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan.

Furnishes marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the organization

Evaluates operational issues to determine competitiveness with industry trends

Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments

Develops and maintains marketing budget

Manages specific corporate programs

Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets

Develops brochures or other printed/electronic ads to market corporate services

Updates and uses all digital media resources, including website, Facebook & Twitter

Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

Assists in planning events highlighting corporate services

Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from constituents

Performs public speaking regarding public relations, marketing, and business development

Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals

Maintains and orders all company logo advertising for vehicles and equipment

Provides timely and cordial interaction with supporting work groups, such as Accounting, Estimating, Production, Human Resources, etc.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or relevant experience in lieu of education.

At least 3 years of experience in a prior Marketing Coordinator position.

2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing or advertising.

Individuals should also have solid experience in managing and leading SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media, email and marketing database campaigns.
