Responsibilities

Drive strategic projects and measure the impact of the implemented recommendations.

Autonomously leverage an advanced analytical toolkit, executing complex analyses, visualizations, and storytelling.

Partner with business leaders to work effectively across multiple technical teams to solve problems.

Lead business initiative ideation, assessment, and prioritization.

Amplify your influence by driving development of junior team members through mentorship and coaching on both technical skills and strategic business skills.

You have a deep analytical background - extensive hands-on experience executing complex analyses to drive recommendations

Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau

Extensive experience in building SQL queries across complex relational database experience

Experience designing scalable data models and ETLs

Consistent ability to solve problems with creativity and little direction

Consistent ability to synthesize data into impactful insights and communicate recommendations to leadership

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working well with business stakeholders
