Responsibilities
Drive project scope, issues, risks, stakeholders, communications, and financials while seeking improvement opportunities.
Learn new business processes, project objectives, stakeholders, resources, and KPIs quickly.
Provide project leadership, proactively escalate issues, drive resolutions, and determine project methodology.
Influence cross-functional team members, build partnerships, and identify project management best practices.
Share knowledge, foster growth, challenge stakeholders, and maintain transparency.
Interact with both business and IT at all levels, create relationships with project team and stakeholders.
Enhance project management best practices, mentor team members, and challenge stakeholders.
Utilize effective leadership skills to influence cross-functional team members.
Ensure team members are held accountable for deliverables and expectations.

Required
Experience leading application software development projects – including Traditional methodologies, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), or Hybrid
Complete lifecycle experience managing multiple, concurrent IT projects from ideation to close
Expertise in project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent PM tools), and Microsoft Office Tools (MS Office, Teams, OneNote)
Experience leading projects and presenting findings, reports, proposals, etc. to businesses and leadership
Experience leading cross-functional teams in project development and implementation, both on and off-shore
Experience analyzing project teams and logistical factors to determine the best methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) for that team/project
Preferred
Manufacturing knowledge, especially in paper production or converting environments
Experience working with large ERP’s such as SAP, and INFOR
Experience working shop floor applications such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Procurement Systems, Data Historians, and Warehouse Management (WMS)
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience working in a PMO
Experience managing capital projects
