Responsibilities

Cultivate long-term partnerships with corporate customers, particularly those in the Fortune 1000 with international operations
Design and implement targeted, tailored campaigns to increase revenue within existing accounts
Identify market trends and analyze competitor strategies to ensure Exiger is maximizing revenue and effectively differentiating
Collaborate with Exiger’s marketing team to support events, conferences, and webinars, sharing expertise and building brand visibility in the industry
Partner with product leaders to incorporate customer feedback and needs into product development, ensuring their voices are heard
Understand customer's business challenges and goals to recommend the best-fit solutions and technologies, becoming a trusted advisor in their success
Maintain accurate records and data in the global CRM system, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective sales strategies

Required

Bachelor’s degree
Five to seven years of experience in a similar role, selling to existing customers and managing relationships within information, technology, or other products to key decision-makers
Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth
Familiarity with Supply Chain Risk Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Third-Party Risk Management
Executive presence with the ability to interact with senior business leaders
Proficiency with SaaS and CRM platforms and mastery of collaboration and communication tools
