Responsibilities

Possess or develop a deep understanding of the different NYSE SRO Membership requirements, review timelines, and approval process

Ensure that the NYSE systems adequately service the needs of member firms and associated individuals. Provide direction to Product Development based on customer needs and system requirements

Interface with customers and internal teams to field, clarify, understand, answer questions, and offer suggestions regarding permissioning, connectivity, clearing firm changes, and troubleshooting

Create and support customer-facing documents, application materials, and forms for all NYSE markets

Perform critical administrative tasks with a meticulous level of diligence and an eye towards safe and secure ways to automate tasks

Provide excellent customer service daily

Required

BA/BS degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years in a support role of a trading floor, broker dealer and or back-office environment

Previous experience with customer service

Previous experience with Options trading and/or operations

Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence

Initiative-taker with the ability to multi-task effectively and independently within a challenging environment

Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal necessary; high degree of comfort speaking to all levels of management both internally and externally
