Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Data Visualization platform with a focus on user interface and experience tailored for analytics.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to frontend engineers, driving architectural decisions and ensuring codebase scalability.
Utilize expertise in Javascript/Typescript, React, and GraphQL to build sophisticated data visualization components.
Translate complex analytics data into intuitive visualizations, collaborating with data engineers and scientists for seamless integration.
Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver frontend features, communicate technical concepts effectively, and contribute to the product vision.
Apply knowledge of frontend algorithms and design patterns to solve technical challenges, stay updated on industry trends, and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Required
10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development
Proven track record in building and leading the development of data visualization platforms with a primary focus on frontend technologies and analytics integration
Deep expertise in Javascript/Typescript, React, and GraphQL
Strong understanding of frontend development principles, including state management, component design, and performance optimization
Extensive experience in creating interactive and visually appealing data visualization components for analytics
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytics data into intuitive and actionable visualizations
Experience collaborating with data engineers and data scientists to integrate analytics into the frontend
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring frontend engineering teams
Ability to drive frontend technical strategy and make high-impact decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex frontend and analytics technical concepts clearly and concisely
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
