Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Salesforce applications.
Prioritize shepherding and facilitating ATO approval, working with the IE team and relevant A&S stakeholders.
Conduct and finalize remaining Salesforce user testing with IE users.
Integrate user testing feedback into backlog and execute backlog actions.
Develop and finalize documentation to support processes, procedures, and Salesforce functionality.
Conduct user training sessions supported by documentation.
Execute priority enhancements to Salesforce, migrate contact and past engagement data to Salesforce.
Provide Salesforce maintenance and troubleshooting support to the IE team.

Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen
