Responsibilities
Technical Leadership and Development: Lead technical initiatives and serve as the Risk Adjustment SME.
Analysis and Communication: Conduct complex analyses, provide insights, and communicate findings.
Project Management and Integration: Prioritize projects, integrate new data sources, and manage upgrades.
Mentorship and Support: Mentor junior Data Scientists, oversee their work, and facilitate peer reviews.
Productionalization and Operations: Transition solutions to production, implement efficient processes, and support Operations.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: Engage with stakeholders, present updates, and align efforts with organizational goals.

Required
5+ years of experience in product analytics and data science
Advanced Python coding experience and proficiency in SQL
Mastery of end-to-end pipeline development
Rapid prototyping ability
Ability to be effective liaison between data engineers and senior leadership
Advanced degree in relevant field and 3+ years of data science experience / or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in data science role
Machine learning / predictive modelling experience
Capabilities as a technical lead and mentor to more junior team members
Expertise in experimental methods (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, etc.)
Ability to present complex findings to a variety of audiences
Ability to guide projects through their lifespan (from proposal to production)
Preferred
Pyspark experience
Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI
Experience understanding product usage (how people interact/fail to interact with various platforms)
Cloud/lakehouse platforms (e.g. Databricks) experience
Healthcare industry experience
Experience with healthcare coding systems (ICD10s, CPT4, etc.)
