Responsibilities
Develop and execute an advanced analytics program to enhance procurement operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve decision-making speed.
Align procurement risk management strategies with business objectives, incorporate predictive analytics for informed decision-making.
Communicate data insights clearly to the Senior Leadership Team and engage with procurement teams to understand their needs and support them with data-driven solutions.
Adopt and integrate AI and generative AI technologies to automate procurement processes, enhance decision-making, and identify innovative sourcing opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and business partners to implement data-driven solutions for cost reduction and quality improvement.
Identify revenue enhancement opportunities through data and forensic analytics, working closely with sales, marketing, and finance to align procurement strategies.
Champion continuous improvement and professional development within the team, keeping up with industry trends and new technologies.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration, providing leadership and direction.

Required
Bachelors Degree Required and 6+ years’ experience in open source programming languages for large scale data analysis
Or, Masters Degree and 4+ years’ experience in open source programming languages for large scale data analysis
Or, PhD and 2+ years’ experience in open source programming languages for large scale data analysis
Experience with econometric modeling, regression analytics or machine learning
Experience with relational databases
Preferred
Master's degree, or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
Experience in Python, Spark, Scala, or R for large scale data analysis
Experience with econometric modeling, regression analytics or machine learning
Experience working with Azure or AWS
Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
