Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of software testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Test Strategy Development: Create, implement, and improve test strategies, methodologies, and processes.

Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and development teams to plan test schedules and resources.

Quality Assurance Oversight: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the testing process and develop mitigation strategies.

Tool and Technology Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and implement testing tools and technologies.

Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports on testing progress and maintain detailed documentation of test plans and results.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Required

A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years as Test Manager or Lead on Projects involving large and complex IT systems in a health and human services or health care services Project.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience planning, preparing for, and executing system test, UAT, and/or regression tests in compliance with a recognized standard, such as IEEE or ISO.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience with testing JAVA web-based applications, web services, and/or cloud services.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience overseeing or testing applications with multiple stakeholders/customers with varied business priorities and varying levels of experience with automation systems.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
