Responsibilities
Deep understanding of data SQL, quantitative/statistical hypothesis analysis, and decision analytics.
Experience with agile development tools, including Jira.
Lead large cross-functional initiatives in financial services.
Utilize common machine learning methods for descriptive and predictive applications.
Deliver high-quality strategic large-scale projects.
Communicate a compelling vision and inspire others to deliver on an ambitious, complex, global roadmap.
Execute REST API interfaces and data transformation methodologies including SQL and Python scripting.

Required
6+ years of experience of Tableau, SQL, and Data Lake architecture.
Deep understanding of data SQL, quantitative/statistical hypothesis analysis, and decision analytics, including full life-cycle development.
Experience with agile development tools, including Jira.
Financial service acumen & or experience to lead large cross functional initiatives.
Experience with common machine learning methods for descriptive and predictive applications.
Ability to be hand-on, but also be a player-coach.
Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels within the organization.
Ability to accurately determine length and difficulty of tasks and projects.
Ability to work with seamlessly with remote teams.
Delivery of high-quality strategic large-scale projects.
Self-directed, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, organizing people and getting things done.
Exceptional influencing skills with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate a compelling vision and inspire others to deliver on an ambitious, complex, global roadmap.
Deep knowledge of probability distributions.
Expertise in building/executing REST API interfaces.
Deep statistical foundation and knowledge of statistical learning theory.
Understanding of Bayesian methods and probabilistic graphical models.
Extensive experience with linear models and extensions, unsupervised dimensionality reduction and clustering methods and tree-based methods.
Mastery in data transformation methodologies including SQL, scripting Python.
Tableau (60% of time spent here, 40% spent understanding data and writing queries).
Has to be a problem solver of data extremely skilled with Tableau hands on and SQL.
AWS Redshift or other CDP like Azure/Snowflake: need to be comfortable with getting hands on with some ETL when necessary.
